These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stick Studio creative canvas, image tools, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing team access and permissions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload or create content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or abuse other users
• Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create ("Your Content").
• You grant Stick Studio a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for having the necessary rights to Your Content, including any third-party material you import.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Stick Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. See Pricing for details.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as identity or payment providers). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stick Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stick Studio harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
